We reached out to Heritage almost a year and a half ago after discovering the window company we had hired found that the entire back side of our house was rotten due to the original windows being installed incorrectly in the 1970s. You can imagine the damage we were dealing with at this point. John came out immediately and him and his team installed our new windows, fixed many new mistakes made by the window company that would have caused similar damage and added beautifully hand-crafted trim, they then replaced the old aluminum siding on the entire house. Throughout this process, we got to know almost the entire team at Heritage and we could not have been happier with everyone who came to work on our house. They were friendly, professional and we can’t say enough about the quality of the workmanship. If there was something cosmetic we didn’t like, which only happened once and was very minor, it was fixed immediately. We have recommended them to all of our friends as their prices are fair, they stay within their quotes and do what they say they will do, often going above and beyond. Overall, everyone we encountered at Heritage has been a pleasure to deal with. We are incredibly happy with the results, it looks like a brand new house (!!) and we won’t hesitate to call Heritage again as we continue with interior renovations.
